Ministry Planning is a term of preference over the more familiar Strategic Planning or Master Planning but is essentially the same. This is taking the Mission and Vision for Ministry that God has breathed into the body and bringing the “hands and feet” into harmony with them. It seeks to focus the entire organization on its mission and vision, to “make it plain,” by specifying operating goals, objectives, action plans, budgets, and performance targets that correspond to God’s Plan.

This is a core competency for FDLM Consulting. We are experienced in the full implementation and coordination of the program and can provide guidance through the phases leading to the production and operation of the Plan. Thereafter, ongoing consultation in the evaluation, feedback, and adjustment phase is employed to maintain its viability. While a full program implementation is usually most desirable, there are some instances wherein variations or customization can be quite beneficial. It depends on your situation.
