Dave and Lynda Petteway

FDLM Consulting LLC officially began operations on June 1, 2004. It was established to provide consultative programs and services to Christian ministries and related nonprofits to further the realization of their mission and vision. And to do so employing biblical principles in the sound conduct of business affairs. We call it Doing God’s Business God’s Way (see explanation).

The FDLM stands for From Dark to Light Ministries, which will become the nonprofit ministry management company that will be closely affiliated. The formation of both entities is at Godly direction. Dave A. Petteway is the Chief Executive Officer for FDLM Consulting and will chair the Board of Directors for From Dark to Light Ministries.

Mr. Petteway, and his wife Lynda as Executive Assistant, are the initial staff of FDLM. Other staff and consultant participation will be determined based on the areas of assignment and their availability. Part-time professionals with a Godly calling for this work are encouraged to contact us.

The Programs and Services section details our various offerings. Noteworthy is the absence of a growth related agenda in either membership or finances. While there are many consultants in these areas, both worthy and not-so-worthy, the Lord has clearly restricted our focus to strengthening the ministry foundations on which growth should be built. Thereby, it can be sustainable and enduring.
